TAKE OUR FREE “UNPLUG” CHALLENGE

OPEN TO ALL BP MONTHLY MEMBERS, FLEXFIT MEMBERS, & ANY WOMAN WHO NEEDS TO UNPLUG!
(you don’t have to be a member of BP!)
UNPLUG Challenge goal:
Take a few minutes each day to “unplug” and create physical, mental and emotional benefits.
The challenge details:
1. Watch the video below to see the simple pose you’ll do daily.
2. Email us at myteam@bodyprojectfitness.com to let us know you want in on the challenge (it’s completely free for anyone who wants to participate – you don’t have to be a member of Body Project!)
3. Keep an eye out for a weekly email on Sundays detailing the upcoming week’s challenge details.
4. Starting Monday, June 5th, everyday you will commit to laying in complete silence with your legs up on a wall, door, headboard, etc. for the time specified each week (silence meaning no music, no TV, no phone scrolling, no screaming kids [if that is possible], and no other “distractions”).
WEEK 1: 3 minutes daily
WEEK 2: 6 minutes daily
WEEK 3: 9 minutes daily
WEEK 4: 12 minutes daily
5. CLICK HERE to download your Daily Unplug Challenge Tracker and be sure to keep accountable to your daily “unplug!”
6. At the end of the challenge – hand-in your Challenge Tracker. If you hit all 25 days of unplugging, you’ll be entered to WIN A 60-MINUTE MASSAGE AT BODY PROJECT & members, you will also get 100 BP Points!
