For the last two years, Body Project has put together a growing team of women challenging their fitness goals at the Bordentown St. Paddy’s Day 5K, Saturday, March 19th at 10am in beautiful downtown Bordentown.
In 2009, Body Project had a 7-woman team.
In 2010, Body Project had over 25 strong, sexy women commit and finish (checkout the picture)!
This year, we already have at least 30 women committed to join our team – and most of them have never run a 5K in their life…many of them wouldn’t even consider themselves “runners!”
Are you ready for the challenge? Whether you run or walk (or a little of both)…this is your chance to commit alongside a group of other women of all fitness levels all with the same goal: to be healthier, stronger, and fitter!
Here are two quick steps you need to do to join our team:
1.Click here to register and be sure to put “Body Project Team” in the closing notes section of the registration.
2.Email email@example.com and tell her your shirt size for your very own Body Project Team long-sleeve tee!
Once you register and email Dana, we’ll email you a few days before the event with more info of where to meet and some pre-run tips!
As trainers, it is one of our proudest moments to see a woman transform from the casual “exerciser” to a strong, fit woman proud of herself for accomplishing a goal that means more than just losing a few extra pounds!
Here is a quote from our very own Carrie Ward, Body Project boot camp trainer and running coach before the 5K:
“Before the race, I felt their nervousness (I still get nervous myself before every race), during the race I felt their determination and after the race I felt their huge sense of relief and accomplishment.”
This is a perfect chance to challenge yourself…don’t listen to your self-doubt any longer…YOU have it in you to do this and we’re here to support you!
Your partners in success,
Lindsay & the BP Team
P.S. You don’t have to be a Body Project client or Boot Camper in order to take part in the 5K – this is open to EVERYONE, male and female…we would love to have a huge group of us at the 5K to support each other! Don’t be disappointed in yourself another year!
