Reservations are required for all Small Group Personal Training sessions and Group Classes.

*Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions are available to SGPT members only. Members schedule their reserved training sessions during their New Member Orientation.

**A 1:1 Workout Planning Session with a BP Coach either by phone or in-person is required for all new clients to ensure a workout program that is safe and fits best for your individual fitness level, schedule and preferences.
