In order to be sure that we appropriately place you in sessions and programs based on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level, we require a brief 1:1 Workout Planning Session either by phone or in our studio.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Working with one of our experienced certified fitness professionals with personal training can be a perfect way to get back in to a fitness program safely and progressively or if you’re looking to achieve a specific goal. Each personal training program is tailored specifically to you.

Assessment session: $75

Individual 45-minute session(s): $75/session

3 Sessions/Week Personal Training: $720/month (includes free unlimited class membership – $199/month value)

2 Sessions/Week Personal Training: $520/month (includes option to add-on unlimited class membership for discounted $99/month)

*minimum 3-month commitment for personal training memberships
