Pre-Thanksgiving Workout

Start your Thanksgiving Day by SUPER-CHARGING your metabolism!

Here is a 4-simple exercise workout to start out your turkey day.

10 – Squats
10 – Push-ups
10 – Jumping jacks
10 – Bicycles

After completing all 4 exercises, rest 30 seconds.
Repeat as many times as you can within 20 minutes. Or if you only have 15 minutes…or 10 minutes…JUST DO IT! You’ll love the way you feel after you’re done!
