At Body Project, what we do best is offer comprehensive and personalized fitness and lifestyle programs tailored to the individual needs and goals of each member.

In order to be sure that we appropriately place you in sessions and programs based on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level, we require a brief 1:1 Workout Planning Session either by phone or in our studio.

Working 1:1 with one of our experienced certified fitness professionals can be a perfect way to get back in to a fitness program safely and progressively or if you’re looking to achieve a specific goal. Each personal training program is tailored specifically to you. Our personal training sessions are 45 minutes.

Individual per session rate: $75

Three (3) 1:1 sessions/week: $720/month ($60/session)
