At Body Project, what we do best is offer comprehensive and personalized fitness and lifestyle programs tailored to the individual needs and goals of each member.

In order to be sure that we appropriately place you in sessions and programs based on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level, we require a brief 1:1 Workout Planning Session.

OUR MOST POPULAR FITNESS PROGRAM FOR WOMEN:
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (SGPT)

*Accountability and individualized attention from a qualified personal trainer for the best results in small groups of 3-5 women*

  • Includes 3 reserved small group personal training sessions weekly on Monday/Wednesday/Friday (45-minute workouts)
  • Small group personal training offers semi-personal training alongside 3-5 women in your group

NEW MEMBERS BEGIN WITH OUR BP KICKSTART ORIENTATION PROGRAM

  • A 1:1 coaching session with Body Project founder, Lindsay Vastola, to set goals, discuss your health history and talk about your individual considerations and workout schedule in order to set you on your individual success plan! ($149 value)
  • Our “Perfect your Form” orientation session to familiarize you with our workouts so you feel more confident when you start your small group personal training. This also gives our trainers the opportunity to design your individual fitness program and workout plan. ($99 value)

One -time new member orientation program: $99

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (SGPT) MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

  • 3 reserved SGPT sessions with a personal trainer weekly (value: ~$500/month)
  • In addition to your 3 SGPT sessions, you’ll have unlimited access to group classes including yoga, Pilates, TRX, Barre, Barefoot Strength and other strength/cardio classes (value: $199/month)
  • Quarterly measurements and progress check-ins (value: $200/year)
  • Access to recipe guides and periodic nutrition programs
  • Ongoing support and ultimate accountability
  • Education programs, seminars and member-only events (value: $250/year)

You would typically pay $35-$45/session for small group personal training…we’re offering our SGPT along with the additional bonuses listed above valued at over $700+/month for less than $22/session with support and resources you’d be hard-pressed to find at any other gym!

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Working 1:1 with one of our experienced certified fitness professionals can be a perfect way to get back in to a fitness program safely and progressively or if you’re looking to achieve a specific goal. Each personal training program is tailored specifically to you. Our personal training sessions are 45 minutes.

Individual per session rate: $75
