BodyMetrix Ultrasound Body Composition & Measurement Analysis

We offer one of the most cutting-edge technologies in health and fitness: The BodyMetrix ultrasound technology that gives accurate body composition reports, offering a scientific analysis of fat loss and your current health risk factors. It’s a simple assessment but an extremely valuable look into your overall health and trends which helps our BP team continue to customize your nutrition, exercise and lifestyle program.

Massage and Bodywork Sessions

Massage isn’t just a Mother’s Day treat. Through soft-tissue work, muscle and joint mobility, finding trigger points that could be limiting you or could lead to injury, and the flushing of unwanted toxins, massage is proven to have a direct impact on your weight loss results and physical and mental being. With over 11 years of experience, Jennifer Ruiz, our licensed massage therapist, offers unique massage and bodywork sessions that will relieve physical tension and enhance your Body Project program.

One of the most important Lifestyle Factors of The Body Project Method is education. Knowledge is power! We host periodic seminars, workshops and clinics to enhance your health-focused lifestyle, to connect you with local experts and to empower you with the best education, strategies and resources.

We host private seminars and workshops for our members as well as for women in the community who are not yet members of Body Project.
