…I haven’t exercised for a while (or never)?

Body Project is the perfect place to kickstart your fitness routine or to get through a frustrating plateau. Since we know how hard it is to get back on track, when you participate in one of our custom programs, you’re signing up for accountability, structure and the expertise of a highly-qualified team of professionals to help you see results safely. We want you to succeed as badly as you do, so we’ll be sure that we’re giving you the tools and support you need to get the most out of your program.

…I have a gym membership?

“I go to the gym, but I don’t really know what to do when I get there so I usually just do the treadmill or elliptical, but I’m not seeing results from my workouts and I feel like I’m just wasting my money.” Does this sound familiar to you?
Many women commit to Body Project because they need the accountability of a personal trainer, have hit a fitness plateau or they need to change-up their routine in order to recharge their metabolism to lose weight and inches. Women come to Body Project because they realize the gym is just not enough…they come for real, meaningful, lasting change.

…I am nervous that I won’t be able to keep up with the rest of the group?

Before you participate in your first session, we meet with you to discuss your goals, current fitness level and schedule. By doing this, we are able to appropriately place you in the sessions that are best fit for you. If you haven’t exercised in a while, we may even suggest our 4-week small group Commit2Fit program that will get you feeling confident again before you begin working out in the class format.

What should I do first?

Before you commit to a program, we will set-up a time for you to meet with us to determine what program options will work best for you based on your personal goals – everything from fitness to nutrition to mindset and behavior change. This is the most meaningful way for us to get to know you and see how we can tailor a program that will work specifically for you.

Our team will get to know you personally, will understand your goals and give you strategies and plans to achieve them. We know how to push you to be your best, but also respect your limits. How? We dedicate our time to get to know you and to design your program to be most effective for you.
