Build a Better Booty Workout

This is a great lower body workout to help get you build a better booty plus get some cardio bursts for essential fat burn!!

Circuit #1:
15 Squat jumps
15 Parallel squats

Repeat circuit 2-3 times then do:
50 ab crunches

Circuit #2:
15 Jumping jacks w/squat (to really make your legs work, do a squat after each jack)
15 Alternating lunges

Repeat circuit 2-3 times then do:
50 ab crunches

Circuit #3:
15 Deadlifts (with a flat back, feet hip-width apart and knees straight, bend forward, hinging at your hips then return to standing position, squeeze your legs and butt)
15 Wide squats

Repeat circuit 2-3 times then do:

50 ab crunches

Be sure to do some lower body stretching when you’re done!
